I have been waiting for a delivery for my daughter's medication for eleven days! everytime i call i get told that they have not received any prescription which i have forwarded many times. I spoke to Penelope who promised me that her supervisor will call me in 30 minutes. nothing up to now. As gems members we have no alternative pharmacy so we are stuck with this pathetic people!
