We signed up with Bonitas in March 2013. We did everything we were meant to regarding the PMBs for my son (asthma) and husband (hypertension).
We get these lovely care packages stating that they get certain amounts of benefits in their care package. Johan does the cholesterol test that's in his and Kyle sees a paediatrician for a bad chest.
Just for me to find out now that they have used ALL my day to day limits and there is NOTHING left - the claims havent even been linked to the PMBs!
So if Johan or Kyle get sick now I have to pay for it cash.
Please explain why I have a care package if infact its not worth the paper its written on - I feel like we have been conned - we get told that in Johans care package a cholesterol test is given and then do it just to have it drain our day to day limits.
Must say, it's a clever way to stop you using the medical aid
