As a customer of Lancet I am disgusted with the services I have received. On the 2nd of April 2013 a gentleman with the same name and surname as mine had blood test done at the lab. I think by mistake (from the lab side) my medical aid number put down and that is where my problems started. On the 9th My medical aid scheme informed me of the payment that they had to make. I phoned lancet to query on the 10th (spoke to Faith), 16 and 23 (spoke to Nono) and yesterday the 2nd of May and spoke to Kim the team leader. They all could see the wrong pearson got billed by they cant help me just because the account has been paid for. It took me 5 minutes to phone the gentlement they had done tests on (with the information I got from them) to confirm that he was the right person to bill and yet they could not do it. The form at their disposal has the gentlemen's cell number, his ID number and his next of keen. It feels like they are not helping me since they know that they were paid their monies and there is no reason to help me get my money back. What make me angry is that everytime I phone Im promised to be given feedback andd noone borders, I have to phone back everytime to and ask the prog
