I have a lowerback problem. I visit their shop, looking for a cushion for my lower back, for my car, and one for my chair at work.
Look at their cushions, and decide on one, R200. I got to my car, didn't even take it out of the plastic cover. Tried it, to thick. I then try it at my chair at work, to thick there also.
So, I would like any normal customer expect to be able to take it back to exchange for something else or a refund.
I take it back 30 April 2013. I find nothing to exchange it for. The owner is there. I request a refund. The reaction was quite violent. The man is clearlys seriously infuriated, and says they don't do refunds, and I know exactly what I was buying, this is no mail order where I didn't know what I was buyng. I was not aggresive or demanding, but it was quite surprising the reaction this man had.
Obviously the CPA act states I can return it for a refund, but clearly it would be a very long and hard fight against this man.
So, I left. But, amazingly, he doesn't know me, I could have been a fisio or Dr giving him clients. He is prepared to behave like this for a stupid R200. It would be my pleasure to not set foot there again. Good riddance.
