No help with account queries

Hi there,

I have moved from my company's medical aid to my Private account last month. No one asked as to when should the money be deducted and where it was decided to do it on the 24th of the month. The transfer did not go through. Since then I am trying to get hold of your guys to sort this out. I have been phoning for 4 days now and where I am holding for at least 10min but with no help. Can someone please get into contact with me so that we can sort this out.
