Decline of medical treatment

I am hospitalised for 8 days already with severe headache and neck pain. Professor has done all possible tests and requested an MRI scan. Discovery declined test, declined professor and sent patient letter saying he must pay for all cost himself, hospital, docotr and tests from now on. This after requesting to see a specialised person in the field 14 days prior to hospitalisation.
