I sent a application to add a dependant and Bonita's did not contact me about a letter of cancellation required from her medical aid yet Discovery Health is also waiting for membership certificate or confirmation from Bonita's - the whole process delayed. The 1st Team leader promised to send the letter and nothing happened. I was frustrated because of lack of communication. I called Bonita's several times complaining and fighting with the consultants to better their service and for not contacting me about the whole delay or keeping me up to date. Because I was very worried about the fact that the dependant might be on the 3 months waiting period before benefiting, I did not want to speak to anyone but to receive the letter. The consultant politely spoke to me about the fact that the 2nd team leader will surely assist. And the 2nd team leader made sure that I receive the letter same day whereas it was time for her to live the office. Finally she is registered and no waiting period before benefiting. Bonita's consultants should always update clients to have happy clients like me at the end of the day. It took them less than 5 days to get her on the system. AK
