I went to Incredible Connection - Tygervalley, Bellville for a PS4 that was advertised in a catalogue in April. The branch manager asked me to come back as they didn't have stock. I went back a week later just so he can tell me, they don't know how it works with a Telkom contract. It went on back and forth till end of May and still nothing. He said nobody was able to do the Telkom contract. I phoned severeal times and nobody bothered to come back to me. I then called Century City branch ( Friday 28th May ). The lady on the phone said they will be able to assist and I need to come to the store the Saturday. Saturday morning she calls me to tell me the special I saw in the catalogue was incorrect but if I wanted it I can still come in. A few call later I wanted to speak to the branch manager, which did not want to speak to me. I had to wait for another week for him to find out what the real story is. Eventually I took the deal he said was the correct one. he told me I can come to the store anytime during the week because the ladies who would assist me was going tot be off the weekend.
I went the Thursday night and after an hour I had to leave without it because of some technical problem. Friday I called and luckily the sales assistant said she can deliver to the nearest address.
This was after I complained and called customer service.
That wasn't he last of it. I realised afterwards the voucher that came with the playstation expired 30 April 2021. This was now already 30 May 2021. the sim card with the data that came with the package shows "no service" when put into a router.
I called the store in connection with this but I am still waiting on a reply after a week.
The manager at Tygervalley has never come back to me regarding this and it's been more than a month now.
I GOT EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION - TYGERVALLEY AND CENTURY CITY.
THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST TIME I DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THEM AND NEITHER WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.
VERY, VERY, VERY, DISAPPOINTED!!!
