Deposit that was suppose to be instant that is currently taking longer than 20 hours to reflect in my account

I made 2 deposits of R65 and R180 into my hollywoodbets account last night and it was suppose to be an instant transaction but it did reflect immediately. I then forwarded my proof of payment around 7am and still even now by 21:10pm it's still not reflecting in my account. This took away my opportunity to chase the jackpot on spinazonke and its unacceptable. One of the ladies who assisted me promised to credit my account in 3hours time but that didn't happen. They service is just unacceptable
