WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

The worst continuous experience at any sun international is at MEROPA CASINO the staff are rude and can’t wait to get you out of the casino before 11pm.. they are adamant on ensuring they clock out before curfew of closing time which is currently 11pm... At MEROPA CASINO a person is required to take their card out by 10:50pm the latest otherwise they send security to belittle you make you feel worthless and argue that you are not adhering to the closing times of covid regulations which is actually 11pm...!!!???!! in the past two weeks I’ve visited time square casino in Menlyn and gold reef city casino and neither of them are so rude and abrupt to get rid of a person even though you're paying their salaries with the amount of money you feed the machines. MEROPA CASINO has honestly the worst employees any sun international has employed.
