I would like to compliment Incredible connection at the V&A Waterfront.
I bought an iPod classic from the V&A and it was charged at the incorrect price, and the promotion was incorrectly explained to me. I went into the store and told them my story, and they assured me that a head office representative would contact me on Monday. 9am on Monday morning the head office called me to ask me what the situation was, and then a few hours later Akeela (the store manager) contacted to say that I can come and collect the difference owed to me in cash.
I am SO impressed with the customer service at V&A Waterfront, and a special thank you to the night manager to already knew who I was when I came into the store and I did not have to explain the entire situation again. It is so nice to know that customer service still exists. THANK YOU INCREDIBLE CONNECTION?
