Bought a leather lounge suit From House and home. The one 2 seater at the back is broken. They collected it at 9 o clock at night and damaged it further. Told Nicolas the so called branch manager and sent him photos. We told him I don't want this repaired as their guys damaged it further. They are lying to me about this all the time. Nicolas keeps me on a line and lies to me. Never comes with a straight answer. He is avoiding the fact that his guys damaged it and I'm not accepting a repair job. I wanted a new couch but because the service is disgusting I want to cancel this deal even if it's through my lawyer which I'm getting involved. Nicolas gets Sebei to phone me and then she lies as well. Their is a big problem with lies in that branch. They don't even answer telephone calls. Nicolas said he is delivering today Monday 6 Dec. Sebei phoned me twice today to say the driver is delivering. Now he sends me a msg to say I gave him till Wednesday. Him and his staff is lying. I'm taking this further.
