Breakfast Time 9.30 am chk 2591

My wife, daughter and I went for breakfast this morning. We arrived and were immediately told that
the coffee machine was not working. The approach from the staff was almost "so go somewhere else " So I said lets have tea, although we wanted coffee. I asked for hot milk with my tea, and Fredelen said she would try and give me hot milk. I also did not get the toast i ordered which would have been softer.
The staff just do not know how to handle situations like we experienced today
