I came to this cashier to pay my items... she didn't even greet me ok fine I greet her and she responded. As I was taking my items out of the trolley i told her that there's a special on the Rascsl Splash it's 2 for R13 she didn't respond ok fine we I took everything out of the trolley... I saw that this lady is ready for me to pay and I ask her again..."is the Rascal Splush 2 for R13" she said "no it's not giving me any discount on my till it's scanning normal price" so I said to her but u ready for me to pay without checking what am saying it's true or not and yoh the way she answered me I was so embarrassed she said " no suxhamazela (as in don't be forward) who said you not gonna get it with that price... yoh the way she talks with the customers it's not right even her facial expressions it was like am a nonsense to her you will see her on the footage
We we're on till no 10 time 12:50 on my slip. Am really angry with the service I got from that lady and what is worse she said all those words in front of my child and I just looked at her... as I was trying to read her name she said the slip had got my name.
