We live just around the corner from Willowway Spar and we have being buying and supporting for many years. But this evening i was very disappointed and very upset. At 19:30, the one door was closed and when we tried to go in to buy water and liquozade we were told that they are closing and we cannot go in, when we asked why as business hours say closing at 20:00 we were told that its people like us that make their lives a living hell!!! If this is the attitude of the staff and the store I do not believe our support or our families and friends support is very much appreciated. Your staff obviously dont appreciate having employment and have no client centricity. I have never experienced such an attitude or the overwhelming feeling of being unwelcome.
