I visited the Spar @ Meyersdal at about 19h50 on the 26 April to buy some groceries. I knew that the Spar normally closes at 20h00; therefore i ensured that i get there before that. On my arrival at the store, the door was closed but i noticed that there were still customers inside. The guy opened the door when a customer was leaving so i asked him why he was closed before 20h00. He answered that he can close at anytime that suits him and if he wants to close before the scheduled closing time he can. I tried to explain to him that i got to the store that time as i knew they only close at 20h00. He did let me into the store but when i got in his attitude was disgusting and he made a remark to another customer that people should not question him on what time he closes and he can close whatever time he seems fit. Is this the type of client service one expects from such a retail outlet? This guy doesn't belong in a client facing business.
