Frans Access Park
Poor Service

I purchased 2 pockets of Up To Date potatoes in early December 2019 at the Access Park store, when I got home I discovered it was not Up To Date potatoes. I took the potatoes back the next morning and did not take a refund instead I asked Frans to phone me as soon as they got in the Up To Date potatoes. In the interim, I spoke with Alex the store manager, Hobson as well as with Frans on a few occasions, I am aware Up To Date potatoes are not always available. It is now 3 months later and I am yet to receive a call from any of them. I phoned the store today 20 February 2020 and is yet to receive an answer from Frans or anybody else. I worked for Fruit and Veg City and would keep in contact with customers.
Can someone please contact me with regards to what the problem is.
