At approximately midday today 28 December I walked into the store Pavilion Spar to order
salads for a event for 100 people I will be hosting in the evening. I asked
for the deli manager and got directed to Bret. When he came I introduced
myself and told him what I needed. I said he must please make sure I don't
receive what is left over but that it be especially prepared for us. The
managers response was to tell me his offended and I can take my business to
pick and pay. He then walked away and refused to assist me.
I run the night club Sankayi Lounge above the Spar and we support the Spar
all the time I really feel that your managers response was unnecessary and
extremely unprofessional. Are customers not allowed to tell you what they
want anymore or was this a case of him having a bad day.
This incident was truly disturbing and really put a damper on my day and how
I deal with Spar.
