Two weeks ago I baught a OVHD decoder with installation. I got home phoned the national call centre and logged my installation, the lady told me that an installer would contact me within 3 working days I waited more like 5 days and after the weekend waited 3 more days. I then phoned the Cape Town call centre but as i didnt have my set top nr or installation vouchers as i was at work they could not assist me, the lady did check my cell nr and said no installations has been logged for me. I phoned the next day with all my details and the lady PROMISED me an EXPRESS installation for the Saturday (yesterday) @ 2pm. Nothing came of it so phoned the call centre only to be told I can't be helped as the Cape Town call centre closes @ 12 o' clock. I checked on the ellies website to track my installation and I get a message that it is "awaiting installer confermation". OVHD is advertised as a ellies
Product but it seems that they rather cater for their DSTV installers rather than their own product. So I now have to make my 5th call to a call centre tomorow to be promised another express installation.
