Do not buy Samsung products

It's now been over two months since I purchased a faulty Samsung printer. I have not been able to use this printer as it was at their service centre for some time and has also been collected from me a while back. They even got me to buy new toner at a cost of around R4000 to see if this would resolve the problem but it didn't. I have escalated it and even visited Samsung's offices in Bryanston to try and speak directly with the MD. Instead they got a customer service rep to speak with me at their reception area. Up until today I still do not have a replacement printer as promised by them. They call me now and then asking stupid questions and then tell me they are getting things approved and I will have an answer shortly. Do not get me wrong, Samsung products are brilliant and innovative, it's just that the South African division is utterly useless. They are unaware they have such bad customer service and it is also impossible to get through to anyone with decision making powers to speedily resolve your problems. Most times the switchboard does not even answer. So I urge you, before purchasing a Samsung product think twice, you may have to struggle just as I am with no end in sight.
