I bought a Samsung washing machine while the bubble wash promotion was on. I send Samsung all my info and emailed them 5 times and they never came back to me. I bought the washing machine because of that. I followed the instructions of submitting the info online but could not as the online form was not working. I then phoned and emailed them the info with no reply. This promotion seems to have been only a trick to get the people to buy the products. I never got my R500 refund nor the free washing powder and they never picked up my old washing machine.
