LONG TURN AROUND TIME AND NO UPDATE

This company has given our school such bad service once we signed the contract to such an extent that we are not even going to consider utilising their service ever. We have established a computer lab utilising their services. We experienced challenges from the time they had to deliver the goods, No stock, no update, etc. We are now experiencing units failing and because they did not purchase on-site warranty with their service provider, units need to be collected by their sale person and be taken to the supplier for repairs. During this time, there is no feed back at all. When you call the sales lady, she does not answer her mobile and does not get back even when you have left 100 messages. When you call the company wanting to complain, whoever you get through to hides behind your attittude. CANON's SERVICE . PERIOD!!!
