If someone could please assist with the email address of a senior manager in Canon South Africa, specifically in sales, marketing or customer care.
I have a Canon i9950 printer on which the "printerhead" has failed. The feedback from Canon Durban is that they do not carry the part in stock and it has to be imported from Europe. The big surprise though was that it was going to cost me R3, 500. R3, 500 for a printerhead.
After the previous problems that I have had with my Canon camera's, if R3, 500 is actually the price, this is the end of me and Canon.
