We were recently burgled and had to replace our workplace computer and printer.
I opted to get a Canon printer and the service is disgusting, I have still not been able to get the scanner working and sat on the phone for hours on end with service consultants telling me that they would call me back when they never did.
I will never buy another Canon product again.
