I had Device for two weeks and it was giving problems, left it at FNB Branch as nobody was able to help me from FNB and Samsung instead i had to pop out another money to be helped i have laid a compliant since 9 April from both till today i been send pillar to post nobody comes with straight answers.I had the device on the 22 March it started to give problems on the 9 April but I know comes pay day they will the first one to debit my account.I spoke to someone from query department but I'm still not satisfied.Spoke to a branch Manager at Protea Glen on the 9 April however was told that query that he made enquiries on the 16 April?!
I still have 24 months to pay for that Device? And how can i accept a 3 weeks Device to be taken for repairs?
And whats happening with FNB Customer Services and Samsung?
