A few weeks ago I brought my samsung device in for repair as this is a samsung smart service centre i thought that it wold be felt with speedily. this was not the case it took two weeks to repair my device as it was said that it would only take a week. after one week i phoned them enquireing about my device it was said that i did not accept the quote but i did a week ago. after with I phoned again a week later and Nicole said that she would give me a call back which never happened. I was forced to drive there in person to actually find out what is going on with my device as i need it for work purposes. it is now happening all over again with my other samsung device. i am not happy about this as i have filed an in-store complaint and nothing was done
