Last on the 23/03/12 I took in my TV to Early Bird for repairs. I was quoted R3600 of which I had to pay in a deposit of R1800. 3weeks later there was response from the center & their phone lines were off. I then personally went to check what was happening, when I got there there branch manager offered me an exchange of one of her fixed unclaimed TV at an extra cost of R1000 to the deposit because there no parts available for my broken TV. I refused the offer & fortunately got my TV back, I was then made to fill in numerous claim forms then sent from pillar to post. Only when I foune their head office I find out that they are under debt rescue. If only there was transparency & honesty from the beginning I wouldnt have engaged into business with them. I believe R1800 is a lot of money & Im really dissapointed & disgusted by Early Bird. I want my deposit back.
