My phone was a few days ago. I contacted the service provider (mtn) they said to speak to the manufacturer. I spoke to the manufacturer and they directed me to their samsung dive site. I have tried that site for the last few days, the site does not work!!!

the phone was on yesterday with an uncapped contract, even tried to track it then, still nothing. How can there be no way to track a smart phone that has tracking software installed??

The phone has a unique imei number, are you telling me even a unique identifier cannot be used to track a phone?

this is not a very smart phone
