Bought the telephone recording device from them and found that voicelogger after sales service is bad. They insist that I pay upfront before they send a technician. After paying the technician arrived and fixed the problem. A day later the same problem return. Technician advise that he must charge me again. That's where I decided to stop using voice logger product and buy a product from another company.
I found bought a Phone Talk Voice Recording system cost less than half the price of Voice Logger.
