We bought this telephone system through someone we know, but ICT Globe was the supplier of the Yealink handsets and 3CX server.
We were promised that it will cut our costs by up to 33% not knowing that 3 months later we are paying 3 times as much for a telephone system that NEVER works.
The lines keep dropping, our customers complain that they can't reach us and the voice quality is at times so bad that you're better off not phoning at all.
We then settled on using our personal cellphones for business calls because when we asked them to send a technician out, the guy got onto a chair, looked at the server and said that he will come back. That was a month ago. Still waiting.
I will not recommend them to anyone as they are spineless snakes in suits.
We are insurance brokers, so of course at times you end up holding the line to speak with someone in a certain department, and as someone answers or after 20 -30 mins of holding, the line cuts out and you need to start all over again following voice prompts and holding.
