I have purchased this machine since the beginning of the year, 2013. After numerous phone-calls (and waste of airtime), my gift card is not yet activated. It's pretty unfair given they took my old washing machine before giving me this card. I really feel cheated in that I've spent so much money and time on calling them and the R500 voucher is not really 'R500' anymore.
This is bad customer service on the side of Samsung. Please get this right.
