Worst service ever expreienced

Repair of AEG Warmer Drawer Model 6010
11 Dec 2012 No: 6020384 The AEG repairman phones - says he does not know how to fix Warmers and he will tell the Service Dept to send someone else and they'll call me.
14 Dec 2012: Still no call from AEG, so I call them and get a very rude lady at the Service department.
The AEG repairman, Abdus, makes one visit and then comes again on
24 Dec 2012 when he removes the whole circuit board. Tax Invoice: RJC 04472
Since that date, I have made 4 phone calls to Abdus,
and on 5 April 2013 he suggested that I phone the Service Manager.
I regret so much purchasing 2 AEG appliances in view of my own experience and hearing about other people who also find AEG's Service appalling. I believe AEG should have courtesy to call me regarding the Warmer (for which I paid R8000 3 years ago) and feel very sorry for their repair staff, who work under those conditions.
