Poor after sales

Received job order number on Monday 18th March for washing machine repair under guarantee from Electrolux in CapeTown. Was told technician in JHB would phone me to make appointment for repair. Have not received any call yet despite three calls to CapeTown informing them that I have not been phoned. Every time get given the assurance that the technician would phone me that day. It's now Friday evening 22March. Very disappointed at the service from AEG/Electrolux. Had a defy before with much better after sales than this. Have been dealing with gentleman by the name of Deon inCape Town.
