I bought a kelvinator gas hob on 9/11/2012. On 28/11/2012 it caused a gas explosion. Luckily no damage caused except for burned hair eyebrows, etc. When i contacted customer service, they send someone the next day. They said they will repair or replace pending availability of product or parts, but it is unsafe to use meanwhile. They repairs said there is a hole in the gas pipe inside the unit. I still await their assistance after numerous calls. I need some help please.
