On February 16, 2013 I placed an order with S&H Electronic Services T/A [URL Removed] On March 14 they notified me that the supplier was out of stock after I queried about my order. That is two days shy of a month in waiting without hearing from a soul. I requested a refund after I had phoned them and was assured that I will receive the refund on the next Friday. I only received the refund on April 5, 2013. Their service is bad, it's pathetic and not up to standards. They seriously lack communicating skills. One thing is for sure I will never ever make use of their services again. You've lost a valuable customer.
