Non receipt of goods, no response to order cancell

Order placed on 14 Feb 2013 with confirmation recd from [Email Removed] on that date. I queried non receipt of goods on 5 March 2013 and they responded per [Email Removed] "postal delays".
On 23 March I informed [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] that products still not received therefore I cancelled the order and requested full refund of payment. To date no response.
