Philips should get proper staff

Philips is such a great company but sadly they or don't care about there customers or appoint the wrong staff to deal with there customers.
I send an email to the customer care line enquiery about a product I bought.
In my email I asked a simple question the next day I get an call from an ignorant employee that do not know how to treat customers.
He was on the attack from the moment I answered the phone and said things like can you read?
Is that the way Philips treat customers? Go listen to your recordings and you will hear the imporper treatment I received. Then he goes on that this manual is used for 4 differant products so I cant expect to get everything in the manual. Then Philips should stipulate not included in model XYZ,
Please sort your customer care staff out as this guy definitly put me off buy any Philips product again!!!
