No response from Philips

My Philips SoniCare toothbrush still within warranty no longer charges or switches on.

I followed the online support 'contact us' form a week ago which confirmed that I would be contacted within 48 hours. I also received the confirmation email indicating that my submission had been accepted.

I have still not received any response.
