Trying to repair a Philips iron, top of the range Azur Precise 4340 (expensive one!) after 4 years of use. No response from Philips support, some sort of ideas from consultant by the name Bennie Erlank as Philips don`t have spare parts! Looks to me that ignoring is the best Philips policy. Another useless company called SKYMARK ELECTRONICS headed by Noma. No idea what happened to this person, no response as well. I never told them that the response is optional.
