Hi,

I initially logged the claim on the 16th of May re. no hot water in my geyser. Plumber was sent out from M&M plumbing on the 17th, and said it was an electrical issue. The electrician (DCS electrical solutions) was sent out the same day, and the isolator needed to be changed. It was changed that weekend. Still no hot water, I again contacted insurance. To date the issue has not been resolved.
