Quick to take payment slow to fix items

Our geyser stopped working 03.03.2013 and I phone the call centre ref nr 429307 Our geyser gave problems before and that was also an issue to get it fixed. The people that fixed installed the geyser incorrectly (as per the new company that came out today) and he has to work through the roof as there is not enough space to work in to fit the element. Now Outsurance wants to say I must pay for the company to lift the roof to get to the geyser. Outsurance must pay it... they got the last company out witch even made a second trap door in my TV Room (what a joke) my husband made them close it because you don't find trap doors in a living area. They messed up that job too and messed paint on my new surround sound system then. We need to bath, my husband works works early tomorrow... Does outsurance really care... they spend thousands if not millions on TV adverts about there service... WHERE IS THEIR SERVICE NOW!!! We need hot water now not next week
