I complained on HP last week Wednesday because Samsung does not respond to my complaint regarding issues on my phone. They then responded and said that a consultant would contact me.
Guess what... still no response.
I am now 100% convinced that Samsung has no respect for their customers.
I also called the call centre on Friday, and spoke with Thabo Ledwaba (he's supposed to be the supervisor). He promised to get someone at customer services to get back to me ASAP.
Again, nobody did.
This is pathetic!
Now that you have my money, you're not interested in providing any after sales support.
I will keep on posting complaints so that people can see what's going on until Samsung makes an effort to resolve the issue.
