MONEY STILL BEING DEDUCTED FOR MORE THAN A YEAR

Hi i would just like to place on record that i have phoned, faxed and even emailed the staff at this branch in concern to do a cancellation of my debit order.in December 2011.I even approched my bank and they told me then under advice that they cannot do anything as only the company can effect a cancellation. I had to trace this company as they had moved shop and i discovered that they were operating in Springfield Park in Durban. Today 2013/01/14 to my horror i discovered that they were still deducting money out of me for over a year now. This company is so hard to locate now and i cannot even get a head office number. I now demand answers from someone in the company as i want my money back or i will engage the Consumer Affairs and also go the legal route.
