POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND PRODUCT

I have a Samsung washing machine which we bought just over 5 years ago. the door broke and so I called Samsung and got one of their service agents (OEG) to replace it. I provided them with the machine number and they brought the wrong part, only after I had paid them in advance. They then refused to refund me the full amount and charged for the call out. I then called Samsung to complain and was pushed from pillar to post and after 6 weeks and many many phone calls from me and promises from Samsung, they are unable to offer any option. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE and I THINK THAT THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.
