Unacceptable service

I purchased my TV early December 2012, Sansui 50 inch plasma. A Technical fault occured which necessitated this company to fetch my TV on 6 March 2013. I was informed of a 2 day turnaround time, but received no feedback. On 8 March I called and was informed that they only ordered the part on this day and they would not deliver my TV to me. Again I had to follow up on Tuesday, 19 March only to be informed they are only receiving the part needed on 22 March. This is unacceptable as I have been without a TV for longer than a week with no feedback or calls to proactively tell me what is happening. I requested special action to get the part earlier so that my TV can be delivered to me Friday morning on 22 March. They have followed up but no feedback from their supplier, once again poor service. I was not called, I had to yet again follow up today. They do not care for my circumstances, they do not manage my expectations well, they do not deliver on promises to call me back and most of all I cannot get them to take any special action to deliver my TV back to me by Friday morning. Pathetic service!!!
