While repairing an ET Sliding Gate, I came across a technical problem that I was unable to resolve via the Installation Manual that I had previously downloaded from their web site. I reported the issue and requested help via the ET website on a Sunday afternoon. First thing Monday I received was phoned by Randell who gave me all the info I needed in a clear and friendly way. Shortly afterwards I received a call from another person just to check that I had been sorted out ok. The next day I received an email from Randell explaining a further point that had occurred to him after our chat. I certainly felt that these chaps really do care!
