This supplier has now responded but that does not bring back what "clients" have lost in import duties (R440) for something which was supposed to be delivered from a local warehouse?! Surely after the first "shipment problem" there would have been repeaters available locally? What is the response to another complaint on Hellopeter that the physical address changed from the one of a certain Holdings company in that area to a delapidated building? There are still far too many unanswered questions!
