ON 17 FEBRUARY 2012 MY HYUNDAI SONATA BROKE WHILE DRIVING. 18 FEBRUARY RECEIVED A NUMBER FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED GARAGE AND BECAUSE OF THE GOOD REFERENCE I RECEIVED MY HUSBAND CONTACTED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WILL GO OUT TO THE HOUSE AND HAVE A LOOK WHAT THE PROBLEM COULD BE. THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE ON 19 FEBRUARY AND TOWED THE CAR TO THEIR GARAGE IN SASOLBURG. ON 27FEB IT WAS SAID THAT THE SENSOR OF THE CAR WAS DAMAGED AND THAT A PART WAS ORDERED AND WILL BE RECEIVED THE NEXT TUESDAY, 26 FEB. PHONING THEM THEY FORGOT TO COLLECT THE PART. FRIDAY, 1ST MARCH THEY DID NOT WANT TO START THE CAR HAD TO SEE WHAT CAUSED THE SENSOR TO BREAK. THEY NOTICED THE IGNITION MODULATOR (OR SOMETHING) CAUSED A SHORT AND THAT HAD TO BE ORDERED ON 4TH MARCH. PHONED EVERYDAY CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE. WHEN FINALLY SPEAKING TO ONE OF THE MECHANICS WORKING ON MY CAR IT WAS SAID THEY ARE COLLECTING THE PART REQUIRED ON MONDAY 11TH. ON MONDAY IT WAS SAID THE WRONG PART WAS ORDERED. THE CORRECT ONE WILL BE COLLECTED ON TUESDAY, 12 MARCH. WHEN SPEAKING TO ONE OF THE CO OWNERS HE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT ANYTHING AND SAID HE WILL SORT IT OUT. TODAY, 15TH MARCH AND WE ARE STILL WAITING. NO TRANSPORT FOR ME 25D
