A fault was logged on Friday (22-March-2013) and has not been fixed and we are loosing business everyday.
We have a second ref number 21ATV25/03/2013 for the same fault, we had two technical personnel on-site for the first time since the first fault was reported yesterday (25-March-2013). The persons informed that our site has no problems and that they will check on the exchange and call me back (after I supplied my cell number to them). This has not happened! Last night I received a call from another engineer setting an appointment for 7:30 this morning (26-March-2013). This was not honoured either.
