PAID FOR ITEMS THAT WAS NOT RECEIVED

Well I decided to buy from Amstrad Limited although I was doubtfull as the company has no legit details etc. I paid for an IPAD and after nearly a month I have received nothing! He kept saying it is cause of the SAPO strike but the strike is over and I received other parcels from the post office that was ordered before I even bought the IPAD. He refuses to give me a tracking number yet he kept my money. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT NO-ONE MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME! I will be opening a case if he does not supply me either with the IPAD or with a refund. He comes across as someone trustworthy but he is dishonest.
